Not quite sure what qualifies as steam-punk these days, but this little stained glass box has some brassy, coppery, and recycled elements to it, so, maybe...

For this box the lid was fashioned with an old leaf from a chandelier which was then encased in lead, strapped in brass, and  patina finished in copper. The sides are bevels that are 2" x 4" and they drive the dimensions of the rest of the box body with the back at 2" and the front at 4". The lid is chained at about 110 degrees from closed using a brass finished ball chain. Furniture fininshes are protected from scratches with a green felt covering the bottom. All in all, a very cute little box for storing watches, jewelry, or your dearset treasures.

Thanks! Enjoy!

Peace, Dave
